Tennis may be an individual sport but there are many people who contribute towards the success of any player. When it comes to Serena Williams and her sister Venus Williams, the credit definitely goes to their dad Richard Williams for shaping them. On a number of occasions, both the sisters have said that without their father, the two would have been nothing.

To honor Williams’ contribution, HBO announced a film on him earlier. HBO will be coming with some quite great stuff this year and one of them is ‘King Richard’. The first scenes of the movie are out and they are quite fascinating to see. The great superstar Will Smith is playing the role of Richard Williams and one could see him in the still scene. The film will hit the theatres on November 19, 2021.

Apart from Smith, Demi Singleton will be playing the role of Serena Williams while Saniyya Sidney will take it up for Venus Williams. The film covers the life of father Richard and mentions his role in developing his two daughters to world-class tennis players. The director of the film is Reinaldo Marcus Green.

HBO has also released the first look of some more fascinating movies. One can see LeBron James and Bugs Bunny in ‘Space Jam 2’ and the great battle between Kong and Godzilla in ‘Godzilla v Kong’. The first looks of ‘Suicide Squad’, ‘Mortal Kombat’, and even ‘Tom and Jerry’ are out as well.
